Tiger’s Milk —Leche de tigre—, is a concentrate of natural ingredients such as aji limo, rocoto, coriander, red onion and others, specially combined to prepare cebiches and tiraditos. The leche de tigre is the broth that remains at the bottom of the cebiche, gathering all the essence of the flagship dish of Peruvian gastronomy. Its citrus flavour combines with all kinds of fish, seafood, salads and anything that needs a fresh, spicy and marine touch. Made with 100% natural products without additives or preservatives.
