Returns and refunds

Our goal is your total satisfaction.

To proceed with the return of an item purchased in the online store, you must request the return by mail to info@productoslasarita.com within a period not exceeding 14 business days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for the return in case you deem it necessary to help us continue to improve. The shipping costs derived from said return must be paid by the customer, returns postage due will not be accepted.

Items must be returned:

In its original state, it cannot be used or damaged. In its complete original packaging. Attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse it is under your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or registered mail and that you keep the proof of shipment.

In the event that we have mistakenly sent an item other than the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us at info@productoslasarita.com for the return and / or exchange. In this case, Productos La Sarita will assume the costs of both the shipping and the return.

In the case of special promotions, where the shipping costs are offered free, the customer must also bear the transport costs of the return.
